This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for camasb.org. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Community Arts Music Association of Santa Barbara, Inc (CAMA) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. CAMA only has access to collect information that you voluntarily give via email or other direct contact from you. CAMA will not sell or rent this information to anyone. CAMA will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. CAMA will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your requests. Unless you request otherwise, CAMA may contact you via email in the future to tell you about concerts, special events or services, or to notify you of changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of future contact from CAMA at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting CAMA via the email (info@camasb.org) or phone (805 966-4324):

  • See what data CAMA has about you, if any.
  • Change and/or correct any data CAMA has about you.
  • Have CAMA delete any data about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security
CAMA takes precautions to protect your information. Only employees of CAMA who need information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to your personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Updates
CAMA’s Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page. If you feel that CAMA is not abiding by its stated privacy policy, you may contact us immediately via telephone at 805 966-4324 or via email to info@camasb.org.

Orders
CAMA may request information from you on website order forms. To purchase subscriptions or single tickets from CAMA, you must provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If CAMA has trouble processing an order, you will be contacted using the information you provided.

Tracking Pixel
CAMA uses a tracking pixel generated by Facebook on this site and on CAMA’s ticket sales pages on both The Granada Theatre (Santa Barbara Center for the Performing Arts) (granadasb.org) website and Lobero Theatre website (lobero.com). The tracking pixel helps CAMA track the effectiveness of its posts and advertising on Facebook, and has no other purpose. The pixel registers a “hit” when a user who has clicked on one of CAMA’s Facebook posts or advertisements subsequently clicks through to CAMA’s website and/or to ticket sales pages for CAMA concerts at The Granada Theatre’s and/or Lobero Theatre’s website.

Sharing
CAMA shares information necessary to process and fulfill ticket orders and seating requests with The Granada Theatre (Santa Barbara Center for the Performing Arts) and with the Lobero Theatre. These organizations participate in a shared database system that makes such sharing efficient and secure. When users of our site purchase tickets to CAMA’s concerts at The Granada Theatre and/or Lobero Theatre, CAMA will share names and other contact information that is necessary for the venues to provide ticketing and seating services.

Surveys
From time-to-time CAMA may request information via online surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose requested information. Information requested may include contact information, demographic information, and information on your behaviors, actions and/or opinions relative to CAMA’s concert offerings and other activities. Survey information will be used for the purposes of monitoring and improving CAMA’s offerings and customer service, and/or to apply for grants that may require demographic information. When information is used for grant applications, CAMA uses only non-identifying information (such as amalgamated demographic data).

Email and Postal Mail Communications Privacy Policy

CAMA has a firm commitment to protect your privacy as it relates to email and postal mail communications. If you receive an email or postal communication from us, your email and/or postal address is recorded in our database as active in our constituency, without restriction to email and/or postal mail contact. You may be “opted in” to our email and/or postal lists through purchase of a subscription to one of CAMA’s series or through purchase of single tickets to one or more of CAMA’s concerts at The Granada Theatre (Santa Barbara Center for the Performing Arts) and/or Lobero Theatre. CAMA respects your time and attention by contacting you only for the purpose of sharing relevant marketing or ticketing communications, or to fulfill other services offered to you, on the basis of your prior intentional interaction with CAMA.

How we protect your privacy
CAMA uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our database system.

Sharing and Usage
CAMA will never sell or rent individual personal information with anyone. CAMA stores and uses collected email data in our ticketing database software (Tessitura), in our email communications software (WordFly), and may use email data to identify Facebook accounts for relevant marketing purposes only. Postal data may also be collected at SB MailWorks for use by a consortium of local arts organizations that market classical music and related concert offerings to a shared database. These organizations do not have access to CAMA’s address data on file, but may mail to the addresses once per concert season. You may opt out of such sharing at any time by contacting CAMA by email (info@camasb.org) or telephone (805 966-4324). Information submitted to CAMA is only available to 1) employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or for sending you emails and/or postal mailings based on your request for information and 2) to the parties mentioned above for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
